About Amina

Amina Buddafly who was born and raised in Hamburg Germany started out with a group her and her 2 sisters formed in the early 90's and signed her first record deal at the age of 15. 

The group moved to New York in 2002 and has released music on labels such as Island Def Jam and J Records under the name "Black Buddafly" for the past 12 years. Amina, the former lead singer of the group, went indie and solo in 2010 and has now grown an enormous following being on VH1's hit TV show "Love and Hip Hop".
